Leading Richmond Forward

Get Involved

Richmond is at a turning point. Decisions are being made that affect our neighbourhoods, our families, and our future — often without meaningful input from the people who live here. That's why ARCA exists: to give everyday residents a real voice in shaping our city.

Why Join?

By becoming a member, you're not just joining a group — you're joining a movement. A movement that stands for community safety, transparent leadership, balanced development, and protecting the unique values that make Richmond a place we're proud to call home.

Whether you want to stay informed, get involved, or simply show your support, your membership strengthens our voice. It tells decision-makers that we are organized, united, and ready to speak up for what matters.

General local elections across BC take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Every vote in Richmond helps decide who sits on City Council and the School Board.

  • You can vote if you are 18+, a Canadian citizen, a BC resident for at least 6 months, and a Richmond resident (or registered property owner).
  • Check registration, advance voting dates, and voting places with the City of Richmond, which administers Richmond's local election.
